Мне вот просто интересно. Неужели там на самом деле стоит знак "огр.40"? Ведь дорога магистральная и убитой быть не должна чтобы ограничивать разрешённые хотя бы 60 в городе

Да на перекрёстке Карла-Маркса и Ломоносова знак 40 пешеходный переход и ловят там очень успешно.Сейчас по длине всей улице наставили знак 40.

А как понимать "на перекрёстке"? Есть понятие "до перекрёстка", "после перекрёстка", справа-слева. А "на перекрёстке" может только гаишник стоять когда там движение регулирует
